Cambridge Management Pty Ltd operating as (Cambridge Hotel Sydney & ADGE Hotel) guarantees that the hotel-branded website www.cambridgehotel.com.au and www.adgehotel.com.au  (the ‘Website’) will have the best publically advertised room rate, plus you’ll pay no booking fees.

In the unlikely event of a cheaper advertised online rate found, Cambridge Management Pty Ltd will honour that rate for the relevant nights.

Did you find a cheaper rate outside of our Hotel Branded Website?

Here’s how to claim that rate? 

1. Book your stay for the dates required on www.cambridgehotel.com.au and www.adgehotel.com.au only.
2. Email info@cambridgehotel.com.au providing documentation and the rate found (please include screenshots showing the URL, the time of day and date) within 24 hours of making the booking.
3. Within 48 hours we’ll validate the claim and notify you.
4. If your claim is successful you will be notified via email honouring the matching rate for your booking.

*Booking made must be for the same dates, same room type, the same number of guests and same conditions including cancellation policies.

*If a cheaper rate is the result of a third party reseller selling Cambridge Hotel or ADGE Hotel at a loss, we may not be able to extend the guaranteed benefits.
