Sydney Festival is guaranteed to bring the city alive with a diverse program that includes live music,  art installations (our fave!), theatre hits, circus shows and let's not forget the epicentre of the festival the Festival Garden!

There is a range of events that are free and others are ticketed. 

The Sydney Festival Garden in Hyde Park is a great place to head to experience the atmosphere of the festival! Enjoy a drink and a feast from a number of stalls. There's also ticketed shows in the Magic Mirrors Spiegeltent, plus free performances and DJs every night.

More highlights Include:

Fly Me To The Moon Parade- an unusual event helps you (yes you) turn your bike into your very own flying machine! Yes you read that correctly....curiosity will attract the crowds we are sure of that!

Heliosphere - imagine this...a giant helium-filled lunar balloon is going to be suspended twenty meters above ground/the crowd. Wait....theres more! An aerialist performer will be suspended from the balloon where they will proceed to perform elaborate twists, turns, and tricks which will have the crowd watching through their fingers in suspense.

Sydney Symphony Under The Stars - grab your friends and families, pack a hamper and come and enjoy the sounds of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra as the sun sets!
